Order Cancellation:
Customers have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it is still under review. If the order has been fulfilled, please contact us to assist you as best as possible.
Order Modification:
If an order has been placed but not yet fulfilled, you can contact us to modify the products ordered. If there is a price difference, a payment link will be sent to cover the additional amount.
Refund:
When canceling or returning an order, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used. Please note that the refund process may take 7 to 24 business days, depending on the payment method.
