Agenda 25 EC is an insecticide dedicated to combating termites in the form of a broad-spectrum liquid that contains the active ingredient fipronil 2.5% to combat termites. It has a distinctive chemical composition that is distinguished in its method of action by the feature of tracking the rest of the colony.
It kills termites upon ingestion or contact, as it works by disrupting the normal function of the insect's central nervous system.
Agenda 25 EC starts killing termites within 24 to 36 hours.
The active ingredient fipronil acts on the GABA 4 receptor in the central nervous system of the insect, where the pathway for chlorine ions is closed, leading to a neurological disorder that results in the death of the insect. Fipronil eliminates insects through contact and stomach. Insects that feed on the pesticide or that come into contact with the pesticide do not die directly, but rather transfer the pesticide and food contaminated with it to the rest of the colony, in what is known as the characteristic of sequential extermination or the domino phenomenon.
Agenda 25 EC is a long-acting pesticide that lasts up to 90 days, making you not have to repeat spraying again.
