Replacement Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the terms stipulated in the contractual or statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to replace the product delivered to them from the store within seven days of its receipt. The product cannot be replaced after this period has passed.
2- To replace the product, it must be in its original condition and unused or misused. The store has the right to inspect the product before approving the replacement to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the shipping costs if they wish to replace the product.
3- The consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors in the product, the consumer will be compensated.
Return Policy:

Exceptions to the Exchange and Return Policy
: 1- The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product if it was manufactured to their order or according to their specifications. However, products that contain defects or do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer are excluded.
2- The consumer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if the defect is the result of misuse or improper storage.
Cancellation Policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the order for the product provided to them by the store during the review period only.
